Guest Reviews & Ratings
The hotel room was surprisingly spacious and elegant, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle outside. While the Nespresso in the room and complimentary water were nice touches, the lack of any view except for a drab apartment block opposite was a downside. Checkout time at 10 am, when checkout was at 12, was a bit inconvenient.
My stay at the hotel was superb from start to finish. The rooms were ultra-modern and equipped with luxurious amenities, including Jo Malone products that I absolutely adored. The cleanliness and luxury of the room were top-notch, creating a delightful experience overall. However, the noise from a nearby bar kept us awake on weekend nights, which was a downside.
I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious and elegant room that offered a peaceful escape from the busy surroundings. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had everything I needed. However, the dining experience left something to be desired in terms of availability and staff interactions.
The hotel had stylishly decorated rooms that were surprisingly quiet despite the busy area. The service was friendly and professional, though could be more helpful at times. The location was perfect, with cafes and shops just steps away. The dining experience was nice but could offer a bigger variety. Overall, a well-located hotel with great room decor and friendly service.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but unfortunately, they lacked any view. The service was kind and attentive, although there seemed to be some issues with the check-in process. The location was perfect for sightseeing, but noise from a nearby bar at night was quite bothersome. Overall, the hotel offered some great amenities, but there were a few areas that could be improved.
My stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were comfortable and had a nice touch with Nespresso and complimentary water in the Superior King Bedroom. The breakfast was excellent, and the bed was just perfect. However, there was a minor issue with the rooms the day before we left. The location was fantastic for sightseeing in Rome, being central to many attractions, although the noise from a bar nearby was a downside on weekends. The service was more than helpful, with the staff offering great recommendations for popular attractions. The dining experience, especially with the kosher breakfast, left us in a pleasant mood except for a slight issue noticed by other guests. Unfortunately, the lobby could get quite crowded. The facilities provided everything we needed, and the hand-cut beef tartare was a wonderful bonus.
